As the 2026 Chinese Spring Festival approaches, all employees of KOMP extend our most sincere holiday greetings and blessings to you, and sincerely thank you for your trust and support as always! To ensure the proper connection of your order requirements during the Spring Festival holiday, we hereby notify you of our holiday arrangement, order and logistics related matters as follows. Please be advised:
I. Spring Festival Holiday Period
Our 2026 Spring Festival holiday is from February 15th to February 23rd, and we will officially resume normal office work and production on February 24th (the 8th day of the first lunar month).
II. Order Consultation and Response Instructions
During the holiday, we will suspend offline production, shipment and other related work, but the order consultation channel will remain open. If you have any questions about new order requirements, order progress inquiry, process consultation, packaging customization or export mode, you can leave a message to contact us at any time. We will arrange special personnel to check and reply normally on a regular basis to ensure that your relevant plans are not delayed.
III. Logistics Shipment Reminder
In conjunction with the Spring Festival holiday arrangement of the domestic logistics industry, most logistics companies will stop shipping from February 5th and gradually resume after the Spring Festival holiday. To avoid the impact of logistics suspension on your receiving progress, we kindly remind you to reasonably plan your order time:
1. If you hope to receive the goods as soon as possible after the Spring Festival, we recommend that you place your order now. We will give priority to docking, prepare the necessary accessories and packaging materials for production in advance, and complete all pre-production preparations.
2. After the Spring Festival holiday, we will start production immediately, give priority to arranging the scheduling, production and shipment of your orders, minimize your waiting cycle, and ensure that you receive the goods as soon as possible without affecting your subsequent plans.
